Sophomore Essay Contest
“A Letter to My Younger Self.” We asked sophomore students to reflect on their ‘younger’ self and to examine their successes and failures. Write a letter to your younger self, telling 5 important things you know about success and failure. We ask that you include important messages they might wish to tell their younger self. Essays must be 500 words or less. Winner will receive $150 Amazon Gift Card.
Through the years, the College Woman’s Club of Westfield has played a singular role in the intellectual, cultural and civic life of Westfield. We have awarded more than 500 scholarships to Westfield women. Since 1995, we’ve awarded more than $1M in scholarships.
Rising Senior Essay
An opportunity for a Rising Senior to get started early on the College Essay a little early and earn $150 Amazon Gift Card and be able to put this achievement on your college application. We asked rising senior students to pick an essay prompt from Common Application for the year they are applying and write and submit their essay to us before September 25th.
